I called IdealPrepaid at around 8:30pm and my call was answered by Mike Senna. This gentleman was so kind and willing to understand my issue and ensured he listened and answered all questions with clarity. He also went the extra mile of calling me back when my airtime ran out and successively assisted me and i am very happy to have come across someone like him.
