Lebogang Mothoagae a customer service agent was so helpful! He wouldn’t give up until he had found a solution. He really went above and beyond, He went as far as making a follow up call to check if I was able to successfully load the token I purchased via EFT after pairing the keypad to the meter. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
