OUTRAGEOUS ADMIN FEES!!
My mom is an old-aged pensioner living off a state pension of R1 800-00. The old-aged home she resides at installed Ideal Prepaid meters in each cottage. It has now come to my attention that Ideal Prepaid charge an "admin" charge of 14% on each and every electricity purchase. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! I have requested them to reconsider their charges, but am getting absolutely nowhere. How do these people sleep at night, knowing fair well that they are *****ing from people and especially old-aged pensioners. Despicable!!

We are charging a good average in terms of our fees. We have really tried to assist by making an offer of a free terminal and a certain concession.
Not to mention, that upon registration of the contract, we withdrew our installation costs and we offered the home a good reduction in the price for the meters. We apologise if you are not satisfied with the outcome and believe that we can come to an reasonable outcome for both parties.
