I would just like to express my sincerest grattitude to one of the supervisor/agents in the call centre. Wayne. I was lucky enough to have been dealing with him for some time over the last year or so and can honestly say that he knows his stuff. He is extremely well informed about the bussiness and goes out of his way to assist in any way possible. From helping with a faulty meter or even an account query. This guy gets things done! Well done Wayne. Keep at it. I also have to add that the quality of service from this company has improved vastly in the last year compared to previously. Agents are better informed on the products and process flow is a lot smoother. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and I will most definitely recommend them to people.
