I bought an mPos printer so I can sell air time and municipal services. I bought this in December 2020. Firstly, it had a European plug on the charging system. This was not explained to me. Secondly Apps hand to be downloaded for me to be able to use the printer. Thirdly, I had to go back (drove 200km to and fro) their offices. A technician to assist me in that regard was not available. A receptionist assisted me who messed up the whole set up. Hence I am asked to go back to their offices so that I can be assisted.
