Lillian was so helpful

The previous service provider cancelled the contract without prior notice, and I had only 1 unit of electricity left. When I spoke to Lillian, she was so helpful, even staying till after her knock-off time just to ensure that I was sorted out, at least till the next day. She even called to follow up the next day to make sure everything was still OK. She went above and beyond her call of duty. You're a star Lillian!!! Thank you so much.
