Joel Komape.. The best call centre agent!
I had a problem with a token I bought at a garage. I phoned Ideal Prepaid and dealt with Joel Komape. It was surely the best service I have experienced in a long time. Joel was friendly and caring. He went the extra mile to sort out my problem. He phoned me back regularly to update me on the progress, even the next morning, he phoned to give an update. Not long after that he phoned me again to give me the good news that my problem have been solved and I got a new token for the same amount. Thank you so much Joel you are one of a kind!
