*****ing my money

I have a problem where i accidently bought 2 tokens on a old number on my banking app. I have not used the tokens as i dont use Ideal anymore but Tshwane. I asked for the owner of the meter number, the number they gave does not exist. I send them both tokens to discard now got an sms that they have been used by who??? I have the numbers if the owner did they failed to give me the rite number they are *****ing from me with the owner
