If it was not for a particular individual Linda Khumalo i would have taken my business elsewhere. I had problems with 2 of my meters which had to be replaced. From delays with installation to plumbers installing the meters not having stock in kzn whilst one of my tenants having no water for 3 days, it would havevtruly been a nightmare if it was not for Linda. I spoke to numerous technicians and only Linda was able to give me the proper technical advice. He patiently took me thro the procedures and constantly kept me informed as to the progress. He even liased with installation section and reverted to me. He constantly kept in contact and was really a godsend. Ideal prepaid u need to have more people like this. Your meters are really xpensive and the lifespan is only about 5 yrs so if its not your prices that lure customers u are fortunate that the staff calibre in this case Linda Has succeeded in retaining customers.
