IdealPrepaid - Tony Baloyi

I would just like to give a shout out to THE MAN, Tony Baloyi from IdealPrepaid!!

We experienced an error code -30- with our prepaid meter because it had run out of credit, therefore loosing all communication and making it almost impossible to connect to communication again, and we were unable to get it back on or even punch the new credit token in, Tony was there for us through it all, spent a ling time on the phone with us in the past two days assisting as much as he possibly could - He arranged from word go for a technician and once a technician became available, the problem was sorted.

Tony is an absolutely remarkable person! He assisted as much as he possibly could and turned the negativity into positivity. He does not just do it for the job, this man has A HEART OF GOLD.
