I would like to say a huge Thank you to Joel Komape for his help when we had spent over 12hours with no electricity. He was kind and very patient as we tried to figure out what the issue was and was able to assist with our power by the end of the call.

I would also like to say Thank you to Queen,Musa and the rest of the IdealPrepaid team I called so many people and so many people called me back. I really appreciate the constant calls and follow up it was really a breath of fresh air to have people follow up and go out of their way to try help us,always kind and patient even when we got frustrated. So professional! Thanks guys!
