Ideal Prepaid - Very Expensive!!!

Someone took the decision to install "ideal prepaid" meters at all the houses in my neighborhood. When the box was installed at my house (I am the owner) I was not at home. Now I have two prepaid meter that I need to put electricity on!!

What I have read in some of the previous reviews are that Ideal Prepaid do not determine what the cost of the units are, the landlord or body-corporate decides that . . . . . . . . which is not the case!

Ideal Prepaid is the client of Gavan Mbeki Municipality and thus make commission on every unit that is sold. What the mark-up is I do not know, I just know that I am paying a lot more than I used to. Since the 8th of September I have used over R500.00 on the "ideal prepaid" meter.

I need this resolved ASAP, else I will be forced to take action.
