Ideal Prepaid Shocking installation

Not a good review - After the installation of the Ideal Prepaid metre all plugs and lights in the out buildings and staff quarters were live ie shocked you when you touched them and highly dangerous. When I asked them to double check their installation and asked if the guy they were sending was a qualified electrician they said yes. However he found nothing wrong with their installation and wouldn't or couldn't help earthing everything. After the huge expense of calling an electrician, it was their installation as the metal conduit pipe to the DVD board was un*****ed and not put back into placed by their installer, thus breaking the earth. A wire bridging this break solved it but Ideal prepaid 's guy didn't know this. Surely if both had any basic electrical qualification they would know this? Also they install prepaid metres all the time and I feel should be expert enough to know basic electrical protocol and not left potentially life threatening exposed unearthed wires . I have asked to see their installers qualifications as they were also unable to solve this really basic fix .A car was washed close by ie live electricity and water and there is a water heater in the shower opertating from a plug. Fortunately no lives were lost but it has cost me a lot more than going with another prepaid installer, which I REALLY wish I had done.
