Ideal Prepaid offers excellent customer service
Thank you Ideal for your excellent service! Any problems with prepaid meters easily resolved. Ordered a replacement meter for a faulty one yesterday and it was received this morning. So good to actually speak to real people- not a faceless call centre. Pleasure dealing with Claudia, Gregory and Michael.
