IDEAL prepaid - My hero’s!!!

I do not normally write reviews. But i registered for the first time - just to write this one. I was in a state of absolute panic when there was a mixup with me making a payment through online banking for prepaid electricity, the token that was sent to me was allocated to the incorrect meter number. This was no fault of Ideal Prepaid but in fact, a fault caused by our body corporate when they initially signed us up. Anyway, fast forward to absolute stress and panic last night when I couldn’t load electricity I received the most incredible service from Lavisa, who was so patient with me with the many number of phone calls that we had to make between each other to try and rectify the issue. His service was incredibly professional and even when at one point I had lost it with him, he was so patient and understanding with my frustration. I believe that it’s very important to compliment people on great service especially when we are so quick to complain. Lavisa tried his best to help me as far as he could, into late hours of the evening, but unfortunately we reached an impasse where there were certain steps that he could not help with. The next day, I was called, at the time, as per my instructions, by Joel Komape (a team leader) so that he could help me with the issue I had the previous evening. All in all both guys were incredibly understanding of my situation and so patient in between all disconnection issues that we faced. This is not the first time ideal prepaid has come to my rescue, the last time I needed them so desperately, their technician saved my day. And even helped me out with his power cable because he could see that i was stressed out about having to replace the whole unit. He was dubbed my hero that day. Unbelievable service guys and this is why I’m writing the review is because in my two times of absolute desperation, all three of you were incredible thank you so much and keep up the fantastic work. What a pleasure it is to deal with you, from the bottom of my heart, I say thank you.
