I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with one of your customer service agents Steven Tshisikhawe . I recently had an issue that required assistance very late in the evning concerning my water meter and my token not loading.It was late and I was stressed as I had no water and needed this resolved , Steven was so understanding patience and really committed to helping me get this issue resolved. He was constantly trying different avenues to get support and find a solution whilst staying in constant communication with me. I remain grateful for his assistance and wanted to ensure that his willingness to support are given due thanks and credit. He deserves recognition for his commitment and passion for customer service.
