Great service from Greg Purse

I would like to compliment your employee in the Sales Department Greg Purse. I had two meters that stopped working completely. I was very impressed with his service and how professional he was. He explained the two options of replacing the meters and also option of replacing the batteries and the disadvantages of replacing the batteries. So, while I was speaking to him asked me to hold on and when he came back. He said if I could get my plumber to remove the two meters and let his technician checks the meters to see if they can be salvaged. The batteries of meters were replaced with their old batteries, and I was not even charged. I know that I will need to replace the meters eventually, but he said I could still use them in the meantime. Thank you so much to Greg and he knows the meaning of a customer service. Thank you to his manager as well, I know he had to speak to his manager. I have been using the Ideal Prepaid from 2017 and has never let me down especially if you escalate an issue with one of the managers.
