Switched to ideal prepaid for my property three months ago and I am very happy with my decision. Received amazing service from their consultant Mongezi between Tuesday and yesterday. Speeding responses, escalations before the required waiting period as I had an issue onsite (technician was onsite in record time and submitted a written report on findings), regular updates and speedy resolution.
