Great customer service
Had a problem with my pre paid electricity this morning, Called Ideal Prepaid at 07.05 and Lebo answered my call. From start to finish this man was a true professional , help, advised, sorted problem and even called back to check everything was okay. Lebo you are a true gentleman, proud of what you so and the level of service you offer. Thank you
