Great customer service
I had an issue with my account upon moving into my place. Mongezi Mbomvu, under his supervisor Claudia, assisted me with such empathy and efficiency. He continuously followed up with me to ensure the issue was sorted as well as gave me some alternative solutions if this is ever an issue again. 10/10 customer service even during a late shift!
