good service from Joe

I was assisted by a Gentleman named Joe Komape, I has a really good customer service experience with him, I explained to him over the phone the challenge I had with entering the pre-paid pin, he understood and told me not to worry he will sort it out and with in a few minutes he called back to inform me it has been sorted. ( I was not home at the time, he made all the calls to my home to ensure the pre-paid meter was working) he called me back to give feedback we need more people like Joe who goes out of their way to assist customers ( He was very pleasant, friendly and clear with his instructions and his communication) well done to you Joe, Kudos to you and may you grow in your career, you have a very good attitude
