Good Customer Service
Great service from Joel! I needed to retrieve my credentials as well as get a usage analysis for my meters . Joel was very patient in answering my questions and managed to give me all the info I needed. I have really started associating great service with Idealprepaid from the time they installed my first meter 2 years ago. Keep it up guys.
