Fantastic Service - Claudia Mathabe

This is truly the best service I have had in a very long time. I was VERY skeptical when I sent my message via the contact us on their website, but within the same day I received a reply. Not only that, they asked for further details and then for my contact number and believe it or not but at 15:53 on a Friday afternoon, I received a call from Claudia Mathabe - she was friendly, she was helpful and even registered us on the system. This is by far the best customer service I have experienced in AGES - Thank you so so much!
