Failed error on prepaid meter

At every try, my meter kept on saying "failed" but eventually an agent named Matimba Mashel successfully helped me to clear the error and pair my keypad with the meter again. He really went out of his way to assist me. Even though it was Saturday evening he remained friendly and helpful. Overall I'm pleased with their service.
