Expensive and Waste of time service
I wouldnt give even a 1 star. firstly they charge you fees for buying water! and secondly if you buy less than R100 you have to wait long periods before you receive it. or you have to call them and provide proof of purchase wich is time consuming and costly.

It is really unfortunate that you feel this way.
On our website, it clearly stipulates that there will be a delay in the processing of tokens, if the amount is less than R101.
This is how the bank institutions set it up and is unfortunately not in our control.
All institutions of Prepaid, have Service Fees and our fees are on par with other companies.
Please, in future, kindly make a payment of more than R101.00 and if your reference that you registered with, is correct, you will immediately receive your token. No proof of payments necessary, no hassle.
