Exceptional service
I had the pleasure of dealing with Queen in connection with our electricity meter. Subsequent to the municipality working on the grid in town, the electricity on our street did not come back on. Queen made a point of finding the fault which was corrected. She even followed up with a call to see if we were sorted. This is exceptional service and we commend her customer service highly.
