EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!! Thank you

This is the first time that I have dealt with IdealPrePaid. I wrote to them requesting for an electricity meter to be opened for a new tenant. This was done immediately. The tenant had just this month moved into the unit and had paid money into the meter to load it but the meter accepted the money but did not credit the meter in the sum required. I wrote to idealprepaid in this regard and I was pleasantly surprised when I had an immediate reply that the funds had been refunded to the tenant.
