Excellent service from Joel Komape
I was having issues with my water meter and could not get it sorted out after hours of trying. Joel Komape phoned me and had sorted it out within 15 minutes. He was efficient, friendly and clearly knows exactly what to do when customers are faced with certain technical issues. He is a true asset to IdealPrepaid.
