I would like to express my appreciation for Ideal Prepaid, I had a challenge loading my prepaid tocken on my prepaid meter and was very frustrated, i then contacted Ideal Prepaid and was assisted by Sizwe Nhlabathi (Service Agent) he was very patient to assist me and guided me throught the process and eventually registered me online to buy my electricity, i was so impressed and happy about the excellent service i received, he deserves some recognition , well done Sizwe!
