Excellent Service
Excellent service. Bought electricity via EFT and I didn't receive the voucher numbers as I usually do. Called the customer service number and I was sorted within an hour. I didn't need to fight (as I thought I would). They just requested I send through my proof of payment and a voucher was sent to me. Great service, keep it up guys.
