Excellent Call Center Agent - Siswe

I have recently moved over to Ideal prepaid. The service I received from one of their call center agents Sizwe was outstanding. He assisted in getting the meter up and running, he called back to assist throughout the process. What was even better was that he called back a few weeks later to check up to see if we were experiencing any problems. I do not know how it would be to deal with the company as yet but they vendors they use to sell the meters could be offered better training as the guy we bough the meter from was off no help.
