Eskom is better than this bunch of...
Really? Credit Cards are not accepted! If you want to make a payment there is NO instructions on the website that make any sense! A complete *********** fool attempted that endevor and failed miserably. <br> <br> I would advise to stay far away from this company! I have paid R650 for a call out fee to move my meter to another outbuilding. They have not contacted me or gotten an electrician around in over a week! I have called them repeatedly but still they take the money and then disappear!<br> <br> I have bought online through my bank but it takes them 24 hours to send any recharge pin if they send at all. I have to call them to check their bank and then wait a few days to get a recharge token!<br> <br> This is a complete amateur setup without the training or staff to back it up!<br> <br> Last warning! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS!

2. As previously explained to you, the token/vouchers purchased through
FNB will need to exceed the amount of at least R101.00.
You requested CLEAR instructions on the purchase of tokens/vouchers
through your FNB Online Banking - which will be sent to you today.
3. We contacted our electrician in the KZN area, who will contact you today to
make arrangement with you regarding the move of your meter.
You were given personal contact details for our Operations Manager, who you will be able to contact directly in future.
We do sincerely, apologise for your bad experience with us as we would prefer to maintain a good relationship in future with you.
We endeavour to continue training our staff for a better service level.
