electricity gone wrong
Called in and spoke to CHARLES who laughed at my problem at 1st. have to be honest it was funny. promised to call me back and he did with my electricity token. To me costumer service is of great impotence . And that is just what CHARLES game me the best service I could have asked for . Thank you for making my experience a great one!!!
