Electric sub meter

Not very good service. I bought a prepaid electrical meter for my customer as I am an electrical contractor. The invoice was made into my customer's name instead. When I queried it, I was asked to bring in my ID document, and proof of company registration. This sounds unfair for it was me who bought the meter and not my client.
