DUMISANI STINKING, pick n pay teller ATTITUDE

Dumisani from Ideal prepaid was rude to me while on a call that I placed using my airtime. I felt like I was paying at a pick n pay teller who has a stinking attitude. Do not buy prepaid meters from these guys the only thing they know is to just give you a token and expect you to insert it on a meter with a key pad that is not working. When pressing the keys there is no response from the meter installed or not. They are not willing to give me working prepaid meters after I've made sure they are paid in full. PLEASE REFUND ME MY Money I WANT TO PORT MY ALL MY 5 METERS!!! THANKS TO DUMISANI!
