Don't trust Ideal Prepaid for your complex

I am very unhappy with Ideal metering. Today they sent me a bill of which I paid and they were supposed to credit it to my debt, to my surprise I instead got electricity to the value of R1300.

I then called them and they said in order for them to credit my debt they need to switch off my electricity then switch it on and get a technician to come and reset my meter.

We did that and now my lights are off and they cannot bring them back and they can't get a technician out. As we speak I am sitting in the dark.

I never experienced such issues with the previous company, I have a small child and now I cannot keep him warm . I have to go to work and I don't know what time they will send a technician.

The person I spoke to is Mongezi and I cannot even begin to experience my anger.
