DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Ideal pre paid meters this company is useless. I am still waiting for Greg to call me BACK I have left him messages on the answering service and also was told by one of their operators that he will call me back straight away I am still waiting, I had one of their employee install a meter at my home and for some reason he registered the meter on his name? Why when we gave him a copy of the ID and proof of our address as requested by him. I have spent months now trying to get the name changed, everytime I call and speak to their technical department I get told they can only change the name if the person who installed the meter requests the change. WHY DID HE REGISTER IT ON HIS NAME IN THE FIRST PLACE???? This company is a joke and they don't care to try and assist you when you call them. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. RATHER AVOID HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL..
