Don't use Idealprepaid
On 23 February 15, I wrote to ideal requesting them to give me the Key Change Token to set my meters to default as I wanted to move my services to another supplier with good excellent service. My mail was addressed to Nazlee who rep**** to my mail with good humility and told me that I must mention the reason and I did. On Tuesday she was off work and hd to deal with Sindi, Sifiso and Michael. All this people told me that their hands are tied only Annemarie must release the KCT. After a series of mails to ideal Sindi released the KCTs of seven meters and when I tried to key them to my meters only two managed to change the rest did not. It was already Friday, 27th February, I eventually insisted to speak to this Annamarie, this lady attitude was full of extreme undermining intolerant defying attitude of some sort of uncaring manners. She writes to me a mail on Friday night at night saying I should write a letter telling her why I want to leave ideal, mind you she was copied in all correspondences. Dear Mr. Mahlancl
As per previous correspondence between yourself and Ideal Prepaid it was stipulated that a cancellation letter was required to cancel. On Saturday it was once again communicated to you to please sent me a full list of the meter numbers since your e-mail was unclear with your cancellation letter. I would also like to point you to clause 17.4.1 in our service agreement that a notice period of 30 days should be given to cancel the service agreement.
I eventually received the cancellation letter at 10:17 on Saturday morning and it is in process currently.
I would also like to ensure you that no meters was blocked from Ideal Prepaid's side. You more than welcome to communicated these meter numbers to me to check and investigate the matter.
