DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I am honestly sick and tired of your pathetic service. Everytime I buy electricity I have to call you to get my voucher. You charge for a service. Absorbent rates and then I have to waste my time and call costs to call you for my voucher. Which you also charged me a fee for. Your system doesn't work. Fix it or stop charging for service you obviously cannot provide.
