DO NOT USE IDEAL Extreme bad racial attitude

On 23 February 15, I wrote to ideal requesting them to give me the Key Change Token to set my meters to default as I wanted to move my services to another supplier with good excellent service. My mail was addressed to Nazlee who rep**** to my mail with good humility and told me that I must mention the reason and I did.
