Disgusting service by idealprepaid
IdealPrepaid is useless and ***********!!! I have been buying water, never skipped a month since April but now they say I am in arrears yet they cannot explain what those arrears are for. I called their office and sent emails but still zero response. They are highly NOT recommended!!!

Please note that IdealPrepaid loads arrears as per the request from the landlord/managing agent and or Body Corporates. THese entities have the access to load the arrears themselves too, this complaint should be directed to your landlord/Body corporate or managing agent.
we have also investigated the matter and you were in contact with on eof our top consultants yesterday, Kwena, who also sent you an email. She tried to call you again now and will try again a little later.
