Disappointed

Good day I logged complaint here at hello Peter,, Ideal prepaid they called and promised to sort my issue out,, even today they don't even respond my emails,,, I'm so disappointed😞 cause I'm a client for 9years using their prepaid boxes,, Good day, I registered a grievance here at Hello Peter. Ideal Prepaid telephoned and committed to resolving my problem; however, even now, they fail to answer my emails. I am profoundly let down because I have been a client for nine years, utilizing their prepaid boxes.
