Credit card purchases just don't work on this useless website
I'm a new customer, and on my first attempt to buy electricity I got a "Request Blocked due to excessive Recharge Activity" error message that just won't go away. We are a business and an EFT requires all kinds of authorisation. We will probably run out of electricity because of this useless platform. I'm hoping there is an alternative to using this dysfunctional website.
