Bought wrong coupon
I bought the wrong coupon. Instead of buying for electricity, I bought for water. I sent an email to Ideal Prepaid, within few minutes they had already contacted me. Within an hour, the water coupon was converted to that of electricity. Customer service was WOW 👏🏾
