The rating is not for Ideal prepaid but for Kwena Moloto. I was on the verge of tears and ready to cancel my service out of sheer frustration. This amazing lady managed to sort out my problem in less than 20mins that the others did not resolve in 2hours. She was kind, patient, friendly and very efficient. She thoroughly explained the process of what she needed to do, followed through and followed up. This is the emaculate service one hopes for and expects when dealing with a service provider. If it was not for her I would definitely cancel. Thank you for your kind assistance Kwena.
