Last night when I had my "water crisis" and I requested for you to phone me, I had made peace with the idea that we would be without water for the night at least.

Reason being, is that we are experiencing a (couldn't care less) attitude from almost everywhere in South Africa re customer service and "Ubuntu" you know,caring for your fellow man etc.

You helped me sort out my "Big problem" in no time.
