Accidentally paid my rent money to them

I was doing payments late at night when I was very stressed and I accidentally paid my entire rent money of over 10 000 rands to ideal prepaid. They were extremely professional. I sent them an email from their website saying that they should not process my electricity as I just received an error message and they never sent me a code. Apparently their system automatically locks ur account when u purchase way more electricity than you usually do. They responded in the morning asking for my bank details. It’s not even 24 hours since I did the payment and I have my money back. They were so understanding and helpful and did not make me beg them for my money. I can’t express how grateful I am for their efficient service. I would give them 6 out of 5
