total distrust

<p>i purchased a patio unit on the 18/08 was told delivery will be in 10 days,i waited like 22 days and after numerous emails i was finally contacted and was told the supplier was out of stock and was told to apply for a refund,which i did on the 22/09.till now after numerous emails and calls i have still not received my refund or any contact from them.............what do i now do...???</p>
