Promises and no delivery
I ordered an item on Aug, 30 2017. I still have not received it. They have all the excuses under the sun but none make sense. (this was intended as a birthday present for September 19th) E-mails back and forward but still have to have a "human" explaining the problem. Disgusting service and i will never buy from them again. I will also make sure that anyone i know will be aware of the terrible service. Rather buy from takealot in future as i have never had any issues with them
