Promised over phone/email and No delivery.. Just excuse
***** ***** *****... Never come/buy from this Shop.
Before placing an order, I called them ********** and email-ed, they confirmed stock availability on 27th Nov. After one week, they said they are busy with Black Friday orders. 14.12.2017, i received an email from support at dealdirect dot co dot za, and mentioned "they are closing tomorrow so they can't deliver. They can only deliver in Jan 2018"... Now they are not refunding my money. If i don't get my money in 2 days, i would approach consumer court.
